I feel that it is important to emphasize that I am not the source of the healing energy. I have attunements and intuition that allow me to connect you to the energies I feel are beneficial for each session. However, the energy is moving through me from different modalities, crystals and essences.

Remember, no matter who or what you are choosing to work with for your healing, you are healing yourself by making the choice. Yes, there are definitely benefits to having sessions from others, but the energy is being uniquely directed by them and the healing is from the divine/source.

I work with energy intuitively and my guides help me to connect with the energies that feel aligned for each session. However, I do have some certification/attunements!

I do usually incorporate some Quantum Reiki symbols in each session, but I am intuitively guided to use different energies and essences for each session. I am always learning and discovering with my guides but I will share the consistent healing partners I work with.

Crystals
In every session, I use crystals! Some may have the bare minimum - selenite for cleansing and a grounding stone - but most include a selection that support the chakras or situations that are surfacing to be healed. Because my sessions are mostly remote, I tend to have a surrogate to stand in as the client and I use the physical crystals. Occasionally, the energy of a stone I don’t have will come into the session!

Intuitive Symbols
Since my first few group sessions in my Quantum Reiki practice, I have been gifted symbols intuitively by drawing during sessions. I receive the meanings and uses for healing claircognizantly (clear knowing) and incorporate them when I am guided to call on them. Sometimes I will do this by accessing the energy itself or the name without the symbol since I am familiar with them!

Frequencies
Occasionally, sound and music are emphasized as healing tools for particular sessions. I create playlists for my monthly Remote Recharge sessions when a few songs come to my awareness, and I have told clients when a song feels like it is meant for them!

Once in awhile, healing frequencies or solfeggio tones have also been intuitively incorporated into healing energy sessions.

Plants
Plants are newer to my practice, but I first started partnering with them through smell! I am drawn to essential oils for some sessions and will often smell them to connect with the essence of the plant. I am intuitively aware of the healing properties that some plants want to offer, and have even received messages from trees! I am enjoying the unfolding of this relationship and will continue to expand my knowledge and practice with plant medicine.

Reiki and other forms of energy healing are based on trust and intention at their core. Energy is not bound by space or time, so it can respond to our intentions!

Because I prefer to create my own private and sacred space for receiving energy, I like to offer the same experience. I do have options to meet on Zoom, and to receive an email summary afterwards to connect, but those are optional for most sessions!

The other reason for remote sessions is that when clients document their experiences without my influence, they are empowered to have control over the session. It is validating for both of us when they make connections with what I share in the session notes and themes!

My intuitive oracle card readings would be considered “psychic readings” in the sense that I am receiving information about you and your life from your energetic field. However, I don’t use the word “psychic” because it often implies fortune telling or predictions. Although I often receive some insights into potential directions for your path, I believe in the importance of divine free will. Every choice you make can alter your trajectory, meaning that nothing is set in stone.

I start out by pulling cards and the words or images act as a catalyst for a stream of information that I receive from you and your Spirit Team. Most of what comes through is intuitive rather than being limited to the traditional meanings of the cards.

For most readings, I use a combination of Angel and Numerology cards. This pairing is a balance of masculine and feminine energy, creating a blended message. The numerology cards provide a masculine grounded energy, while the angel cards offer a softer perspective to the situation. I love this combination!

Occasionally, I will incorporate tarot cards or other oracle decks to provide clarity and another layer of meaning.
