Spring Remote Recharge Replay + Earth Energy Summary
Thank you so much to those of you who were present for the first LIVE Remote Recharge session! It was beautiful to be in community and hear the connections in our experiences of the energy. Our root and crown chakras came into focus, encouraging us to keep things simple. We are preparing for our dreams to become our reality, and we only need to ground into the earth and stay open to Spirit/the universe!
For those of you catching the replay, you’ll probably want to keep a journal handy! At the end of the 30 minute healing session, I would recommend pausing to capture your experience when I tell the live participants to take time for integration before they transition back to the space. This also allows you to process the energy without any external influences. Each of us have our own connection it, and listening to the discussion part will demonstrate how we can all have overlapping notes without knowing what is being experienced during the recharge.
